Strength & Conditioning

1-2 personalized sessions per week to build athleticismand resilience.

2 trainings per week to unlock the secret side of elite performance: the mind.

Play in EYBL and DBBF Leagues

Participate in DBBF Championships and EYBL or all age groups for more games.

International Exposure & Experience

Pre-season training in Lithuania with Zalgris Academy coaches. Gain exposure by playing games in EYBL.

What Time And Days Are Trainings?

Training is daily. Either on court-training, mental training, strength training or recovery.
Wednesday and Sunday as rest days.

Which League Will My Child Be Playing?
